MOSCOW, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Belarus may resume deliveries of Russian crude oil to European customers via the Druzhba ('Friendship') pipeline network later on Monday, Interfax news agency quoted a pipeline official as saying.

"We had expected that transit of oil would restart on Monday, but until now the pipeline has not yet resumed operations," the official from pipeline operator Gomeltransneft Druzhba told Interfax in a dispatch datelined Minsk.

Interfax also quoted the official as saying that oil deliveries to Poland, Germany and Ukraine had been halted on the orders of Belarus state oil firm Belneftekhim.
