Moscow plans to accomplish Russian-Belarusian talks today

The Russian government plans to accomplish today the Russia-Belarus talks on levying restrictions in mutual trade, a source close to the negotiation process said, RSN reports.

The talks have already resumed. On January 11, they were held at the Russian Economic Development Ministry, the at the Russian government residence.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov, opening the talks with his Belarusian counterpart Sergey Sidorsky on January 11, said that Moscow and Minsk were to find a balanced solution to the problems of oil export to Belarus and providing for the transit of Russian oil to Europe.
