Ganja automobile factory plans to increase by 64.3% assemblage of MTZ tractors

Ganja, Fineko/abc.az. Ganja Automobile Factory (GanjAz) is preparing to increase volumes of assemblage of six MTZ (Belarus) tractor modifications by 64.3% in 2008 comparing to 2007.

GanjAz informed Fineko/abc.az that in 2007 the Factory produced 426 tractors and transferred 377 unites to AqroLizinq JSC as of the contract and realized other tractors via free sale.

"In 2008 we plan to increase assemblage volumes up to 600-700 tractors. At the same time, large order from AqroLizinq is expected. New contract for 148 tractors has been concluded with AqroLizinq," GanjAz reported.

In the prospect the enterprise is to manufacture not 50% of constituent parts for them. Agrolizing OJSC ordered 382 tractors to GanjAz.

GanjAz's capacity allows assembling of 1,500-2,000 MTZ tractors and about 1,000 MAZ trucks a year. The factory does not rule out a probability of MAZ bus assembling.
