MINSK. Jan 15 (Interfax-West) - Dialogue between Belarus and the European Union continues, becoming increasingly mutually beneficial, Belarusian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Popov said.
"We are happy that the dialogue is becoming increasingly pragmatic and mutually beneficial," Popov said at a press briefing at the Foreign Ministry on Thursday.
Popov made this statement when asked to comment on a resolution on broadening relations with Belarus currently heard by the European Parliament.
Belarus and the European Union have already established strong ties in the energy sector, he said, adding that ties in agriculture have been expanding, too.
