Bradley asks Foreign Affairs to help Belarus exchange

Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley has written a letter to Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon asking him to save a program that helps the victims of Chernobyl. Local families host the children each summer, allowing them to escape the radioactive environment caused by the meltdown of the nuclear power plant in 1986.

Authorities in Belarus have tightened travel restrictions which has threatened the program. They now want each country participating in the program to sign a new agreement.
