The sides are negotiating quite a large volume of deliveries of these products to Turkmenistan. Belgospishcheprom, in turn, is interested in Turkmen raw materials for cannery and confectionary industries.

In the recent years, the trade between the enterprises of the Belarusian concern and the Food Industry Association of Turkmenistan has been vigorously developing. In 2009, the trade rose by 143% over the previous year. The major exports of Belgospishcheprom concern to Turkmenistan were confectionary products, sugar, malt, kvass, beer and liquors. Belarusian products and manufacturers have won a good reputation on the Turkmen market. This is a good ground for promoting the mutually beneficial trade.
