MINSK/MOSCOW Jan 11 (Reuters) - Russian oil flows to Belarus refineries have been halted while price talks continue with Russian oil companies, refinery operator Belneftekhim said on Tuesday, but traders said oil flows to Europe were unimpeded.
Trade sources said oil was moving through the Druzhba pipeline to Europe across Belarus to Poland and Germany.
A spokesman for Transneft (TRNF_p.RTS), said the halt to shipments was not ordered by the state pipeline operator.
"It's not an issue for us, it's an issue for the oil traders," Igor Dyomin told Reuters by telephone. "We are ready to pump. We haven't made any cuts."
