Belarus: Ministry of Agriculture and Food to initiate growing of purchasing prices for brewers barley
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus initiates purchasing prices increase for plant-growing commodities of the harvest-2011 by 25-41%, stated Vasiliy Pavlovskiy, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food, on January 11.
He specified that the Ministry offers to increase purchasing prices for grains and headed by 26.7%, and brewers barley - by 41%.
According to the Deputy Minister, the necessity of the prices increase is caused by the mineral fertilizers and certain varieties of jobs cost increase.
In total, V.Pavlovskiy noted the positive fact that all agricultural enterprises and agricultural products processors will become acknowledged with the new purchasing prices level already in January, which will allow them to orient regarding the optimum production volumes.
