Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko has demanded retaliatory action against the EU after he was hit by travel restrictions from Brussels.
He blamed Germany and Poland for hatching a plot against him, and called on Belarus's parliament to impose "counter-measures", RIA Novosti reported.
Europe has imposed the restriction in response to post-election riots as opposition groups protested against Lukashenko's Dec. 19 poll success.
