Belarus, Sri Lanka to become observer states in Shanghai group

BEIJING, Feb. 3 KYODO

Belarus and Sri Lanka will become observer states in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at the group's summit slated for June in Tashkent, SCO Secretary General Muratbek Imanaliev said Wednesday.
