Russia, Belarus may set up joint satellite fleet - Roscosmos

MINSK. March 21 (Interfax) - Russia and Belarus may form a joint satellite fleet in the framework of their union state, deputy head of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) Yury Nosenko believes.

"The formation of the Belarusian-Russian grouping is feasible but in stages," he told Interfax in Minsk on Friday.

He said the two countries can also cooperate in receiving and processing data from satellites at data reception facilities in Belarus and develop relations between their space industries.
