Warsaw. March 27. Interfax Central Europe - Workers from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia are using work permits attained in Poland to cross the border into other European Union countries, Polish daily Rzeczpospolita wrote Friday.
"It turns out that Ukrainians, Belarusians and Russians are using the hole in the law to cross the border into other EU states using documents organized by the Polish authorities," Rzeczpospolita wrote.
Under current regulations, employees from countries east of Poland can work there for six months without special permission. This has become a means to human trafficking to other EU countries, according to Rzeczpospolita.
