Belarus to Take Measures against EU, US Sanctions

Minsk. The government of Belarus has no other choice but to take measures against the EU and US sanctions, RIA Novosti reported citing an official statement of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry. Belarus considers the EU and US decision to ban Belarusian top officials from entering the territory of the EU as uncivilized.

"Similar activities are improvident and futureless," the statement reads.

The EU and the USA can't change the choice of the Belarusian people, who reelected President Lukaschenko with an absolute majority, the Foreign Ministry says in its statement.
