Belarus Entourage Visits Cuba

Havana, Apr 20 (Prensa Latina) Belarusian Prime Minister Serguei Serguelevich Sidorski is kicking off Thursday his first official visit to Cuba to look into political and common interest issues with local authorities.

Sidorski will also tackle the expansion of bilateral cooperation, and economic-commercial ties between Cuban and Belarusian companies.

Besides meeting with President Fidel Castro, the prime minister and his accompanying delegation are slated to gather with the island?s ministers and high-ranking officials and tour cultural, historic, education and scientific sites.

Along with the Belarusian leader are the presidents of the Supreme Economic Court, State Aviation Committee, Radio and Television Company plus representatives of the most important firms and their European counterparts.
