Qatar and Belarus sign agreements

H.H. the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani to the Republic of Belarus, Qatar and Belarus this evening signed two agreements one on educational and scientific cooperation, and another concerning cultural cooperation. The agreements were signed for Qatar by Minister of State for International Cooperation H.E Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed al Attiyah, while they were signed for the Republic of Belarus by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Martynov, and Minister of Industry Vladimir Matveychuk.

The signing ceremony was attended by Assistant Director of the European and American Affairs Department at the Foreign Ministry Ambassador Ibrahim Abdul Rahman al Migaisib, and Qatar's Ambassador to Belarus H.E. Ahmed bin Saif al Me'edadi.
