Armen Khachatryan appointed Armenia's Ambassador to Belarus

On April 26 President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to release Armen Khachatryan from the duties of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine and appoint him Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Belarus (seat in Minsk).

According to another presidential decree, Oleg Yesayan was released form the duties of Armenia's Permanent Representative in Statutory and other Bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent states.
