Belarus' Ministry of Industry delegation comes to Latvia

From June 2 until June 4, the delegation of Belarus' Ministry of Industry will come on a visit to Latvia, as BC was informed by the press service of Embassy of Belarus in Latvia.

Deputy Industry Minister of Belarus Gennady Svidersky will head the delegation, with delegates representing the major Belarusian enterprises, for example, Minsk Tractor Factory and Minsk Factory.

The aim of the delegation is to discuss the opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation between Latvia and Belarus in the field of industry. Meetings and workshops with the participation of entrepreneurs from both countries are planned during the visit. The delegation will also visit Riga railroad car factory Rigas vagonbuves rupnica.

On June 3 a press briefing with the participation of representatives of the Belarus Ministry of Industry will take place in "Hanza Hotel". Following the meeting, Association of Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking Industries of Latvia will organize a thematic workshop.
