Belarus: rainfalls improved grain crop state

According to National Academy of Science of Belarus, recent rains during the last week allowed to improve the state of grains and other crops across the country. However, in some regions of the country there is lack of moisture. First, almost normal conditions were provided for ripening of winter crop and formation of corn seeds on spring crops.

According to Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus and to local authorities of some regions of the country, there are enough precipitations now for grains ripening.

Now, they estimate damages due to drought and downpours in some regions.
