Russian gas to Belarus is at full throttle again after that country settled its debt to Gazprom. Gazprom, on its side, has paid the Belarusians 228 million dollars for gas transit to Europe.
A senior Gazprom spokesman has told this to the Russia-24 television channel. He said rates for transit are still under discussion.
Unpaid Belarusian debts had forced Gazprom to reduce the flow of its natural gas to Belarus by 60 percent.
