Congratulations on Belarus National Day

President Nguyen Minh Triet has cabled his message of congratulation to the Belarusian President, A. Lukashenko, on the occasion of the Republic of Belarus National Day, which is on July 3.

The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Deputy Prime Minister-cum-Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem also sent greetings to Belarusian Prime Minister S. Sidorsky and Foreign Minister S. Martynov, respectively.
