Polish President holds consultations on Belarus
The head of the Polish president's office Jolanta Szymanek Deresz explained in a radio interview that official reactions to the developments in Belarus should come from the Polish foreign ministry and not from the president. She said that Poland should not let itself be provoked by the Belarus president Lukashenko. President Aleksander Kwasniewski consulted German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and is holding consulations with the presidents of Lithuania and Ukraine on Belarus, Szymanek Deresz added.
