MINSK, August 11 (Itar-Tass) -- Belarus has raised gas prices for private entrepreneurs and juridical entities
by 13. 2 percent to the level of 716,000 Belarusian roubles ( around 238 dollars) per 1,000 cubic meters without VAT, says a resolution adopted by the Economics Ministry of Belarus.
"In connection with a higher cost of gas bought from the Russian Federation and changed common economic conditions it has become necessary to revise gas prices for juridical entities and private entrepreneurs in Belarus," the Economics Ministry of Belarus told Itar-Tass, commenting on the increases.
For purposes of ensuring more favorable conditions for children's homes and children's' villages gas prices for this category of consumers remain at the level of gas prices established for the ordinary population, the source said.
