First lot of Kazakhstan-made "Belarus" tractors, "KazakhstanTractor" JSC

PAVLODAR. September 21. KAZINFORM. /Vera Livintsova/ The first lot of 20 "Belarus" field-engines MTZ-82 has been assembled at "Kazakhstantractor" JSC, our correspondent reports.

"Kazakhstantractor" JSC and Minsk tractor works (Byelorussia) signed an Accord this year on delivery of the accessories of MTZ-82 wheeled vehicles for assembly at the production site of Pavlodar tractor plant.

According to the "KazakhstanTractor" JSC Director General Vladimir Polyakov it is planned to manufacture 500 wheeled vehicles at the fitting shop by the year-end. Machine builders intend to set up new production of details and aggregates for that popular field-engine at Pavlodar plant.

The first "Belarus" was presented to the town of Pavlodar as a symbol of revival of tractors production there.
