Union State Constitution Act to be ready soon
RBC, 21.09.2006, Moscow 10:41:51.Sergei Mironov, the Federation Council Chairman, expects that the Constitution Act of the Russia-Belarus Union State would be prepared by the end of 2006, he told journalists today. The difficulties that arise during preparation of the document and establishing the Union State are rather organizational than political, he added.
