Belarusian Child: Hearing Court Of Appeal Started
(AGI) - Genoa, Sept 28 - The hearing at the third section of the Court of Appeal, to decide on the appeal presented by the lawyers of the Giusto family against the measure of the tribunal for minors that decided that the child had to return immediately to Belarus, started around noon. Present, apart from the Giusto family, Alessandro and Maria Chiara, were the civil lawyers, the lawyers Alberto Figone and Camilla Dolcini and criminal lawyer Giovanni Ricco. The lawyers Alessandro Gazzolo and Diego Perugini are present to assist the Belarusian ambassador. The president of the Court is judge Luigi Rovelli, the advisors are judges Alessandra Gerini, Virginia Sangiuolo, Teresa Bonavia and Marcello Delucchi.
