License for Iran-Belarus Bank

The National Bank of Belarus has registered and issued license for setting up a Belarusian-Iranian bank, named TK Bank, in that country.

Founded by Iran's Bank Tejarat and Belarus' Lada OMS Holding, the new bank has an authorized capital stock of more than 5 million euros, said the press office of the National Bank of Belarus, BelaPAN reported.

The new bank is licensed to take deposits from corporate clients, transfer them to its account on a return basis and manage accounts of legal entities. The bank is also authorized to handle payments by individuals and legal entities, conclude trust management agreements, provide factoring service, exchange currencies, issue bank licenses and securities to deposit holders and issue payment cards.
