Vinah leaving to join Thembakazi in Belarus

MBABANE - Miss Swaziland licence holder Vinah Mamba-Gray will today leave the country to join Thembakazi Hlophe in Belarus.

Hlophe, who was one of the Miss Swaziland top five finalists 2009, is currently in Belarus representing Swaziland in the Miss Intercontinental contest. The finals of the contest take place this Sunday. The pageant's spokesperson, Rheodora Isaacs, said Mamba-Gray was attending the contest because it was the first time for anyone in the country to take part.

"She will also take part in a meeting for pageant's licence holders in Belarus," she said.

She also said they last spoke to Hlophe, over the phone, last Sunday and she told them that everything was going well for her in Belarus.

Mamba-Gray confirmed that she would leave for Belarus today. She said she was still not yet sure of the meeting she was going to attend but would find out when in Belarus, which will probably be tomorrow.
