President Ilham Aliyev Visits Freedom Monument On Victory Square In Minsk

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid flowers at the Freedom Monument erected on Victory Square in Minsk. Representatives of the Azerbaijani community of Belarus gathered at the square to greet the President. The Head of State wondered about their problems and needs, and gave them instructions to intensify the efforts on strengthening Azerbaijani diaspora in Belarus.
