"Gazprom" and "Grodnoazot" Set to Establish a JV
MOSCOW, October 18. /FIS/. The Russian gas monopoly agreed to establish a JV making mineral fertilizers in Belarus. Participants in the joint project will be the Byelorussian enterprise 'Grodnoazot' and Russia's 'Gaz-Oil' (Gazprom's subsidiary). The capacity of the first phase of the nitrogen fertilizer production will total 573 thousand tons. The capacity of the second phase of the developed production is expected at 575 thousand tons.
