Belarus president hopes Berlin to support Belarus' efforts in establishing partner links with EU

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Horst Koehler on the German national holiday - the Day of German Unity, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.

"I hope Belarus' active efforts to establish all-round partner links with our neighbour - the European Union with Germany to be one of its undoubted leaders will receive adequate assessment and support in Berlin," the message of congratulations says.

The Belarusian Head of State is confident that a constructive dialogue between the two countries will promote strengthening of the Belarusian-German cooperation in all areas.
