Belarus determined to step up cooperation with Iran: envoy

TEHRAN (ISNA)-Iran's Parliament Speaker, Ali Larijani and Belarusian ambassador to Tehran, Victor Rybak, met and discussed expansion of economic and industrial ties.

While expressing satisfaction over the mounting trend of bilateral economic and industrial cooperation, Larijani asserted the two sides enjoy great potentialities and promotion of ties in various domains is in line with their joint national interests.

Saying Iran's Parliament is ready to facilitate the bilateral cooperation, he added parliamentary cooperation strengthens friendly relations in all spheres.

Rybak, on his part, stated Belarus is determined to step up the level of all-out cooperation with Iran.

Saying the prospect of bilateral ties is promising, he noted the two countries have plenty of joint engineering and economic projects on the agenda.
