Belarus calls for establishment of Samand production line

TEHRAN - Alexi Vaganf, the chairman of the largest auto and part-making complex of Belarus on Wednesday called for the operation of the production and assembly lines of Samand passenger car in his country.

Vaganf visiting Manuchehr Manteqi, the managing director of Iran Khodro Industrial Group (IKCO) also called for the exchange of the spare parts as well as the joint venture in production of the trade autos in his country.

Referring to the IKCO's potentialities of producing the parts and the passenger cars at the level of the world standards, he stated that Belarusian governmental and private sectors intend to meet their need to autos as well as the technical and engineering services via the IKCO.

On his part, Manteqi suggested formation of a joint working group for establishing the bilateral long-term cooperation in order to timely export of the IKCO's products especially Samand.
