Welcoming At Minsk Airport

President of Azerbaijan has arrived in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, to partake at summit of the CIS heads of state, 27 November.

At Minsk airport, CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Rushailo welcomed President Ilham Aliyev.

Then, the President was escorted to his residence.
