Belarusian companies have difficulties with purchasing of foreign fat-and-oil products
According to the experts of IA APK-Inform, to date Belarusian importers have high interest in purchases of Ukrainian and Russian sun oil and meal. At the same time, Russia offers the products more actively compared to Ukraine, according to the participants of Belarusian market.
During the financial crisis most Russian and Ukrainian export-oriented companies prefer to sell the products in the terms of up-front money.
However, the decree of the National bank of Belarus Republic of November 11, 2008, # 165 "About the payment procedure of import foreign economic contacts" forbids advances on import external transactions.
The participants of Belarusian market expect forcancellation of the law or softening of the law demands.
