MINSK, November 24. (AzerTAc). The institute of journalism of the Belarusian State University is an example for the system of education in the post-soviet space, Director General of Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAc) Aslan Aslanov said on Monday during his meeting with students and teachers of the University.
He noted after collapse of the USSR, press in many countries faced serious problems.
"After visiting your University, I realized that Belarus chose a better way to go", he underlined.
Aslanov pointed out ample opportunities were created in Belarus for professionals working in journalism.
According to him, Belarus system of education is the most promising and effective, and it should spread in other countries.
"AzerTAc has good ties with BELTA and we will try to strengthen these contacts," the Director General said.
