Polish director wins Minsk Film Fest

The Magic Tree movie by Poland's Andrzej Maleszka has won the 12th Minsk Festival of Children's and Cinema in Belarus.

This was a decision by a children's jury while the adult jury preferred a German film. Here comes Lola by Franziska Buch.

Russia's movie by Valeria Ivanovskaya got a special media prize and an award for the best debut.
