Minsk welcomed presentation of Kazakhstan Industrial-Innovation Development Strategy

MINSK-ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM. November 28 the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus made a presentation of the Kazakhstan Industrial-Innovation Development Strategy for 2003-2015 .

1st deputy Industry Minister of Byelorussia Ivan Demidovich, deputy Industry Minister Gennadiy Sviderskiy, directors of the ministry's departments, heads of the Byelorussian industrial enterprises, which collaborate with Kazakhstan or would like to enter into cooperation participated in it.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belarus Gaziza Aldamzharova informed of the Strategy fulfillment, prospects and key trends of further activity in this field.

Kazakhstan-Byelorussian interaction within realizing Industrial-Innovation Development Strategy until 2015 were considered taking into account Byelorussia's practice in non-primary economic sector expansion, in particular, machine building, metallurgy, oil processing, petrochemical, electronic and other spheres of industry.

The proposals of the Byelorussian enterprises and organizations to take part in the Strategy implementing and consolidation of bilateral trade and economics interaction will be generalized and included in the Program for long-term economic cooperation of Kazakhstan and Byelorussia until 2008.
