Russian, Belarusian PMs to meet

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is meeting today with his visiting Belarusian colleague Mikhail Myasnikovich to discuss the terms of Russian oil deliveries to Belarus in 2011, the price for Russian natural gas, the construction of an nuclear power station in Belarus and a financial loan to Minsk.

The two Premiers are also expected to discuss preparations for an upcoming meeting by the Ministerial Council of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
