RBC, 23.03.2007, Moscow 09:21:28.Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov will visit Minsk this afternoon. As the Russian government's press office reported, Fradkov is scheduled to speak with his Belarusian counterpart Sergei Sidorsky. It is also expected that the Russian PM will take part in a Union State Minister Council meeting.
According to a source close to the talks, ministers hope to consider the Union's 2007 fuel and energy resource balance. They are also expected to discuss the Union State's social and economic development forecast for 2007 and key forecast parameters until 2009, as well as draw conclusions on Russia and Belarus's trade and economic cooperation in 2006. Among other things, the sides intend to consider a draft program for further development of the Union's outer boundary. In total, the Minister Council meeting's agenda includes more than 20 issues.
