MINSK, March 23 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has arrived in Minsk to take part in a meeting of the council of Russia-Belarus union state's ministers.
During this meeting the two countries are expected to sign an agreement on trade and economic cooperation that will lift mutual trade barriers and on Belarus' sugar supplies, a member of the Russian delegation said on Friday.
This agreement should have been signed during the Moscow meeting on Tuesday, but Belarus unexpectedly introduced changes that require certain reconsideration, the source said.
