Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Sidorski will pay a business-like visit to Azerbaijan in late March, APA's Eastern Europe bureau reports.
Azerbaijan Prime Minister Arthur Rasizadeh and his Belarusian counterpart Sergei Sidorski had a telephone talk on the visit. Sergei Sidorski will also to attend the meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation in Baku. The Prime Minister said that trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Belarus was sufficiently large and amounted to $37 million.
"But it is not a satisfactory indicator for the developing economies of the two states. We should develop our relations and look for new opportunities for the subjects of the economies of the two states," Mr. Sidorski said.
Belarusian Prime Minister stressed the role of the diplomatic missions of the two countries on this issue./APA/
