Belarus and Armenia will discuss the development of the bilateral cooperation in international and regional security. On March 17, State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council Yuri Zhadobin will meet with Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council Artur Bagdasaryan, BelTA learnt from the Belarus State Security Council.
Artur Bagdasaryan will chair the delegation of the Armenian Security Council which will visit Belarus on March 16-18. During the talks, the sides will discuss the cooperation of the law-enforcement bodies in fight against modern security challenges, international terrorism, organized crime, drug trafficking, illegal migration and human trafficking.
Taking into consideration the fact that at present Armenia presides at the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the two sides will consider the development of integration processes within the framework of the CSTO, the military-political cooperation, the fight against modern challenges and threats, the military and military-technological cooperation within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
