China on Wednesday entered an agreement with Belarus on a 3-year currency swap deal worth 20 billion Yuan (8 trillion Belarus ruble).
In a statement issued in Beijing ,China's central bank, People's Bank of China said the deal aims to promote bilateral trade and economic growth of both countries could be extended upon agreement of both sides.
Start trading in currencies, most happening place to trade
China has reached currency swap deals with South Korea and Malaysia, and the Chinese mainland has inked such a deal with Hong Kong.
The total amount of those swaps is 460 billion Yuan ($67.32 billion).
