Commissioner Ferrero-Waldner's visit to Minsk rescheduled

The Belarus authorities and the European Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy, Benita Ferrero-Waldner have agreed to reschedule her planned visit to Minsk. It will now take place in mid-April.
