MOSCOW, June 18 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow hopes that Minsk will later sign the documents adopted at the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in Moscow, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko said on Thursday.
The diplomat reiterated that the Belarussian president refused to take part in the summit.
"Minsk's demarche followed Russia's ban on the import of Belarussian dairy products," he said. "This is a purely technical problem that at present has been effectively resolved."
At the same time, he stressed that Belarus respectfully took the signing of the documents and expressed the hope that Minsk will join them later.
