Minsk protest held against teaching of Belarussian history in Russian

MINSK. Sept 1 (Interfax-West) - A group of young people have organized an unauthorized street protest in the center of Minsk on Friday against the teaching of the history of Belarus in the Russian language at a number of schools.

When police arrived, protesters started leaving the square.
