Belarus ambassador presented credentials to Kazakh President

ASTANA. September 21, 2006. KAZINFORM /Dina Yermaganbetova/ - Today the Head of the State has received credentials from Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Belarus to Kazakhstan Vassily Gapeyev.

At a briefing after the meeting with Kazakh leader he noted high rates of Kazakhstan's development and stressed that it represented good pattern for Belarus.

The diplomat expressed hope for further development of bilateral cooperation and growth of commodity turnover. For seven months of 2006 export form Kazakhstan to Belarus increased in 2.2 times and import - in 1.5 times.
