(AGI) - Genoa, Sept 13 - There seems to be a u-turn in the controversy on a 10 year old Belarus girl, whose foster parents Maria Chiara Bornacin, aged 31, and Alessandro Giusto, aged 31, did not consent to her repatriation. The juvenile court of Genoa this morning issued an executive provision according to which the girl has to be handed over to Belarus authorities but first she will be hospitalised in Italy and cured by a team of Italian and Belarus doctors. Repatriation is a subsequent step. The request of her foster parents seems to be partly "passed"; they did not intend to consent to the girl's return in her home country.
