Grain production in Belarus totaled nearly 8.5 mln tonnes

As of October 1, the general grains and leguminous plants (without maize) production volumes in Belarus totaled 8.49 mln tonnes in bunker weight, a decrease of 303.3 thsd tonnes or 3.4% compared to the same date of the previous year, declared the National statistics committee.

Grain yield totaled 37 c/ha as opposed to 38.8 c/ha on the same date of the previous year.
