Ukraine to carry out trial pumping of 80000 tonnes of oil to Belarus
Interfax-Ukraine citing Mr Yuriy Boiko Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister as saying that Ukraine intends to carry out the trial pumping of 80,000 tonnes of Venezuelan oil to the Mozyr oil refinery using the Odesa-Brody pipeline and the Druzhba pipeline in the direct regime in late November 2010.
He said that "The test pumping, I think it will happen at the end of November."
As reported, the Odesa-Brody oil pipeline operates in reverse regime towards Odesa. Currently Venezuelan oil is supplied to Ukraine by tankers by sea and it is delivered to Belarus by rail.
